The focus is on integrating neuro-cognitive approaches with psychoanalytic theory in the context of developmental psychopathology. Students cover psychoanalytic theory, developmental psychopathology, introductory neuroscience, and research methods in the first year in London, and then undertake a major research project at Yale University, based at the Child Study Centre, during their second year.
