The coursework is designed for engineers, contractors, designers and others in the construction industry. The required courses cover the fundamentals of construction management including construction cost and estimating, planning and management of construction projects, and legal issues and contracts. Following the required courses, students may select from a broad list of electives designed to complement students' background and skills.
