Graduates are prepared to develop, facilitate, and manage programs and interventions for adult clients and may fulfill many roles, including HRD management; corporate training and education; organizational development; staff development; performance improvement; and career development. Professionals in these roles typically operate in settings as diverse as corporate universities; community, social service, and governmental agencies; and external consulting organizations.
