Candidates will create and defend their solutions to problems of crisis management, profitable growth opportunities, and change leadership during ten courses that follow the principles of problem based learning. Learners will gain experience in distilling a situation into a well-defined problem; apply tools and concepts to analyze a variety of alternative solutions; and select and defend their recommended course of action. Supporting their learning, students employ simulations which allow the learner to explore alternatives, make decisions, and receive feedback on the choices they make.
