The concentrations are designed to meet the educational requirements in the State of Arizona for licensure. The Master of Arts in Professional Counseling program is designed to accommodate the learning methods, goals, and lifestyles of working adults who have a variety of obligations. Theory and research are followed by extensive discussion and application of the material studied, including Practicum (300 contact hours) and Internship (600 contact hours) requirements.
