The program helps participants understand operational decisions that can help to save thousands of dollars in plant maintenance, upkeep and improvements. The unique focus and depth of the program provides professionals with a skill set that is specifically tailored to meet the unique challenges facing today's manager. Participants examine global issues to allow participants to identify how decisions can help plants become safer, more reliable and increasingly sophisticated in their operation.
