The standard course of study leading to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree is comprised of 12 trimesters of four months each for a total of 48 months or 4 calendar years. The accelerated course of study (the same coursework as the 12 trimester course) consists of nine trimesters of four months each for a total of 36 months or 3 calendar years, which is the minimum amount of time required to complete the degree program.
