The Psychological Sciences Program adopts a mentorship model to training graduate students who are interested in advancing the science of psychology through basic and applied empirical research. Students are accepted into the program to work with a specific faculty member whose interests are consistent with their own. Faculty interests cover a variety of branches within the discipline including Behavior Analysis, Clinical Research, Cognitive Science, and Quantitative Psychology. Program graduates usually pursue doctoral training following completion of their Master of Arts degree.
