DPT- Doctor of Physical Therapy
On Campus

The Institute of Physical Therapy offers a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as a first professional degree to those candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree including the required prerequisites. An entry-level or first professional Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree program differs from an advanced DPT degree in that the former is designed for individuals who graduate with a baccalaureate degree in a discipline other than PT and who have completed coursework appropriate to entering a PT program. Upon graduation, you are prepared to take the national licensure exam necessary to practice Physical Therapy.
