It is for all individuals who want to enlarge their repertoire of ways to respond to the challenges and possibilities at work, at home, and in the community. this program offers the practices by which an individual "becomes the needle, " soothing the flow of events in and around themselves, their relationships, and their work. These skills are highly applicable to health care, education, business, and family life.
