This interdisciplinary graduate program was established in 1986 and offers coordinated and comprehensive training leading to a Ph.D. in neuroscience and behavior. A strength of the program is that upon admission, a student may choose either to enter a specific laboratory or to rotate between two different labs during the first year of study. Students are eligible for teaching and research assistantships. All forms of support include a tuition waiver, health and dental insurance, and a 12-month stipend of $18,000.
