But such highly trained professionals are in short supply—and a master’s degree in SCM puts a professional in extremely high demand. Elmhurst College offers the Chicago area’s only graduate program in supply chain management. Our SCM program builds on our extensive experience as the only local provider of an undergraduate program in logistics and transportation management. It also draws on our location at the geographic center of one of the world’s great transportation and logistics hubs. In this program, you’ll gain a sound technical foundation. You’ll develop essential skills such as communication, negotiation, team-building, and information technology. You’ll take courses that balance current theory with its practical application. And you’ll gain a deep understanding of supply chain management and prepare for a dynamic career. This is a part-time, evening program. Classes meet one night a week for about two years. The program requires a minimum two-year commitment to graduate study. Built on a cohort (team-focused) model, the program embraces the College’s belief that students play a significant role in supporting one another’s learning, motivation, and success.     Accreditation Information: The Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association accredits all graduate programs at Elmhurst College.  # Of Credits Required:   Time To Degree:     Previous Degrees The program admits college graduates who hold a baccalaureate degree.  Pre-Requisite Courses Students with insufficient academic or professional preparation may be required to take selected undergraduate courses before enrolling in the program.
