Elmhurst’s graduate program in industrial/organizational psychology offers a creative response to that reality by preparing professionals to apply the latest in psychological theory and research to the most pressing problems of organizations—and the people who work in them. This nationally recognized program prepares you to help employers solve low morale, high turnover, and other problems. Using real-world case studies, you’ll evaluate workplace issues ranging from worker conflict to organizational development. You’ll develop your capacity to think critically and communicate effectively. And by working in teams with your classmates, you’ll gain crucial insights into how teams work. This is a 12-course, evening program that can be completed in as little as two years.
