SIT Graduate Institute's Master of Arts in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations prepares professionals for careers in training, multicultural organization development, citizen capacity building, and multinational human resource development. Students build the skills they need to facilitate communication, learning, and collaboration among individuals and groups separated by cultural differences and other divisions. Concentrations are available in Community Development and Social Action Training, Diversity Leadership, and Human Resource Development and Training.
