The program has particular interest and faculty strength in building design; environment-behavior studies; urban design and development; and historic preservation.; The Master of Architecture/Master of Urban Planning Coordinated Program prepares students to be highly skilled generalists who can understand, integrate and manage programs, policies, plans and designs in an innovative and effective manner. The Department offers a program of advanced study in environmental design research leading to the Ph.D. degree in Architecture.
