Both specializations exceed the academic and clinical standards established by the AmericanSpeech-Language-Hearing Association. Graduates of the PhD program in Communication Science and Disorders will have a specific area of expertise in Health and Rehabilitation Science as well as a core of interdisciplinary knowledge related to this specific area.
