This program is primarily intended for members of government ministries, central banks, and planning agencies who deal with financial administration in, and economic relations with, developing countries, and who are sponsored by their home institutions or supported by personal funds. A number of students are associated with academic institutions as well. Yale fellowship funds are not available. Candidates should have had previous training in economics equivalent to an undergraduate major in economics.
