The Master of Education (M.Ed.) program prepares educational leaders to make meaningful, positive change within their institutions, and who are committed to lifelong inquiry. Working collaboratively with a faculty advisor, you'll design an individualized plan of study and be part of a unique community that supports, challenges, and enhances your learning process.

Focused on meeting the unique needs of adult learners, including preparation for certification or licensure in teaching, administration, or counseling, the goals of the M.Ed. program are to:

- Prepare knowledgeable, thoughtful, and effective teachers, counselors, and administrators.
- Enliven, challenge, and strengthen practicing educators.
- Promote the development of educators who are leaders, inquirers, and reformers.
- Improve schools and communities.
