Graduate studies are offered through ten plant-science related departments and programs spanning the full range from basic biochemistry and molecular biology, to physiology, genetics, breeding, agricultural production, ecology, and evolution. The strength of individual programs are enhanced by the breadth of complementary plant science expertise, and opportunities for interaction throughout campus. Prospective students may apply directly to an individual program or to the Plant Sciences in general (see below).
