The Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise, Fitness and Health Promotion is offered through the Department of Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources. The program focuses on exercise in the promotion of fitness and health. This program prepares professionals in the fields of health and physical education, fitness, and health promotion/disease prevention to either pursue advanced academic training (doctoral program) or to more adequately serve their communities.
