The Ph.D. in Textile Sciences is for individuals who wish to pursue research in textile science at the frontier of the discipline.  Students initiate and conduct research related to the theory and application of physical, chemical, and environmental principles influencing properties of textile products.

The Ph.D. emphasis in International Merchandising provides opportunities for concentrated study and research in international apparel and textiles retailing, international production and trade, global sourcing, international business practices, and e-commerce in a global setting. 

The Master of Science program in Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors provides students with the opportunity to enhance their instructional and research competencies in many areas of textiles and apparel.  Students may select to focus in: Historic/Cultural Aspects of Dress and Textiles, Merchandising/International Trade, and Textile Science.
