The program of studies and experiences was designed to be consistent with the accreditation guidelines of both the American Psychological Association and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education/National Association of School Psychologists. The program provides a balance of practitioner and research orientations, courses, and experiences. In contrast to the MA/Ed.S. program, the Ph.D. concentration has a much stronger focus on research.
