For all AFIT programs, admission and selection of students are handled through appropriate USAF directives. There is no charge for tuition, since our students are granted a "scholarship" to attend AFIT through their respective services. This program is conducted by the Department of Engineering Physics and provides each student with a broad foundation in applied physics at the graduate level with specialization available in general applied physics,engineering physics, space environmental science, or nuclear engineering.
