This program prepares students to function competently in a variety of applied psychological settings including working with persons with physical as well as psychological impairments. Students will learn to perform a variety of clinical services, including interviewing, assessment and behavior change; they can administer programs aimed at enhancing and evaluating the effectiveness of human services. Students will also gain basic skills assessment and provision of health services for psychological disorders. It also places emphasis on intervention and prevention of medical illness.
