The MASTER OF FINE ARTS program at Pratt Institute offers the following major areas of study: painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, and new forms (non-traditional investigations). Concentrations within the sculpture major are available in ceramics and metals (jewelry, stained glassand enameling). Each student completes two semesters of course work in his/her major area of concentration and one year of work on a Master of Fine Arts thesis in his/her major area, including a written thesis statement and a graduate exhibition in the graduate galleries.
