The range of advanced courses and programs of research allows students to obtain a broad base of education in the biological sciences while specializing in fields such as genomics and bioinformatics, neurobiology, microbiology, cell biology and cancer, molecular evolution, plant biology, molecular genetics, developmental biology, physiology, immunology, and environmental science.
