The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, one of the oldest programs in the country, celebrated its centennial anniversary in 2003. Currently, the department has 15 full-time and three active emeritus faculty, 85 graduate students, 375 undergraduate students, and more than 3,000 alumni. We are undergoing a phase of expansion to become one of the top chemical engineering research and education departments in the country. We offer a comprehensive program with diverse research topics, internationally recognized faculty, exceptional research facilities, and generous financial aid packages.
