Our investigations look to the humanities for strong visions of leadership. Relying heavily on ideas and methods that emerge mainly from literature, art, music, and history, we encourage a broad and humane understanding of leadership, distinguishing it in part from more "scientific" studies in management. We initiate a lifelong process of exploration and questioning, linking the intuitive creative processes to the learning of leadership skills.
