Courses are offered by distance delivery. Workshops offered through the Northwest Wisconsin Manufacturing Outreach Center are incorporated into the degree program.     Accreditation Information: The Graduate School at UW-Stout is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools (NCA) to offer programs at the master's and education specialist levels.  # Of Credits Required: 30  Time To Degree: 1-2 years    Previous Degrees BS/BA degree in engineering or closely related field, and a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0. Applicants with undergraduate degrees in fields closely related to engineering and with appropriate engineering experience in manufacturing or with a grade point average below 3.0 may be admitted at the discretion of the program director.  Pre-Requisite Courses International Student Requirements Admission requirements include: (1) Admission to a graduate degree program and the Graduate School; (2) English proficiency TOEFL score of at least 173 computer-based and 500 paper-based or 213 computer-based, 550 paper-based depending on which program is chosen, and 61 Internet-based. Test scores should be sent directly to UW-Stout (school code #1740); (3) Official copies of all post-secondary transcripts (translated into English), including proof of baccalaureate and/or highest earned degree; (4) Undergraduate GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale; (5) specific program requirements.
