More students of color earn graduate degrees at CSU than at any other university in Ohio. With 1/2 the enrollment of the state's largest schools, this obviously is not a coincidence. CSU's college of Graduate Studies provides financial support with first-year tuition grants, student employment and Ohio Board of Regents Fellowships. What really makes graduate work at CSU different, however, are the intangible forms of support that a student can count on. There are opportunities for students to be involved in original research with faculty, and provisions for students to present their work at conferences and colloquia.
