The Chancellor's Graduate Fellowship Program for African Americans offers anexceptional opportunity to African Americans who are embarking upon graduate studyat Washington University for the purpose of acquiring training appropriate to careers incollege or university teaching. For students in the Graduate School, Chancellor'sFellowship packages guarantee, in the presence of satisfactory academic progress, fulltuition scholarships, twelve month annual stipends of at least $15,000, and annualeducational allowances of $1,500, for up to five years of graduate study.
