McNair Scholars Program On Campus   The University's Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Program (or the McNair program for short) began in September of 1995. The Program is designed to assist qualified students who wish to enter and complete Ph.D. programs. The program has both an academic year and a summer component.
