The Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program

The University's Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Program (or the McNair program for short) began in September of 1995. The Program is designed to assist qualified students who wish to enter and complete Ph.D. programs. The program has both an academic year and a summer component.

This program is funded by a US Department of Education grant and is aimed primarily at students in chemistry, sociology, mathematics, psychology, engineering, and related disciplines.
