The program is approved by the National Association of School Psychologists and is part of the accredited education unit by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE); also, the sequence is approved by the Tennessee State Department of Education and leads to that agencyÆs licensure in school psychology. Students entering the program must complete the MA and the EdS to obtain licensure.
