Students in the M.F.A. program concentrate on one of three areas: (1) performance, including theatre, video and multimedia; (2) design/technology, including scenic, lighting and costume design; and (3) dramatic media, including 3-D computer animation, interactive media, motion capture and the use of media in live performance. The Ph.D. program is highly individualized and encompasses all traditions and media of the dramatic arts.
