This interdisciplinary degree offers students an engineering perspective for solutions to unique environmental problems. Emphasis is on minimization, monitoring, control, and processing of waste products as well as treatment and disposal associated with point and non-point pollution sources. Integration of engineering with science, regulatory, and policy aspects of environmental engineering is an important component of this unique program.
