Students with natural science degrees find an opportunity to learn more about the context in which science and technology are applied, while those grounded in the social sciences or professional fields can develop skills in the management of marine resource problems. Coursework provides stimulating experiences that reflect the multidisciplinary challenges of marine affairs. Students learn to piece together strands from the natural to social sciences, and from law to public policy. They learn skills necessary to analyze contemporary problems and design approaches to resolve them.
This is a graduate level program (master's level).
