Methods of teaching the above, combined with appropriate course work in linguistics and allied fields, are offered in combination with a supervised internship program. The specific objective is to prepare students to teach foreign languages and texts in their cultural contexts. The Spanish Graduate program is designed to enhance students' competence in language and literature.
