The primary graduate degree program in nutritional sciences is the Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program (NSGP). An M.S.-level degree program in applied human nutrition leading to a degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Food Systems Management is also available for students in dietetics and nutrition education. Both M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Exercise Physiology are also associated with the Nutritional Sciences Program. In addition, M.S. or Ph.D. degrees in animal sciences, biochemistry, and food science are offered to students studying nutrition through the respective departments.
