The mission of the Social and Administration Pharmacy Graduate Program is to educate and discover new knowledge about the Drug Use Process. The central core of this graduate program is the nexus of the patient, pharmacy practice and society. In this context, understanding the needs and values of patients individually and collectively is critical. As well, understanding pharmacy practice which includes the practitioner, systems and models of practice and the pharmacotherapy entity itself. Finally, understanding how and how much public and private systems and organizations influence the drug use process completes the core of the Graduate Program inPharmacy.
