The Plant, Soil and Entomological Sciences Department at the University of Idaho is large and diverse, with 60 faculty members organized into four divisions: Entomology, Plant Pathology, Plant Science, and Soil Science. All four divisions conduct teaching, research, and extension programs, with many programs coordinated among divisions and between disciplines. M.S. and Ph.D. degrees are offered in each division, with Pathology majors receiving degrees under the title of Plant Science.
