The program in organismal and population biology (OPB) comprises faculty in biology and related areas of chemistry, marine sciences, and environmental studies. Currently, the OPB group concentrates on (1) population and community ecology; (2) evolutionary biology; (3) physiology and behavior, especially of marine mammals; and (4) systematics and biodiversity.
