The School Psychology program is fully approved by the National Association of School Psychologists.The program curriculum leads to a Master of Arts degree with a major in school psychology and composite minor in psychology and special education. School Psychology may not serve as a minor for other programs. Graduates of the program are eligible to apply for the following credentials: Licensed Psychological Associate and/or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology from the Texas State Board Examiners of Psychologists; and Nationally Certified School Psychologist from the National School Psychology CertificationBoard.
