M.A. - English (Creative Writing)

At the graduate level, students first apply for admission to the Master of Arts Program in English. After completing 21 credits, students submit a portfolio of their work in Creative Writing to the writing faculty. If approved, students begin work on a dissertation (usually a collection of poems, short stories, or a novel.) They are advised and work closely with one of the writing faculty.
