The curriculum builds solid foundations in administration and practice for those who will manage the operations of fire and emergency management organizations. Through studies of organizations, budgeting, the policy process, labor management, and special fire and emergency management topics, the program prepares, and then requires, participants to demonstrate core competencies in directing an emergency service agency.
