The International Policy Studies program prepares students for careers in the public sector and nonprofit organizations, as well as the private sector. Professional studies and language education are merged in the curriculum. Students must specialize in a specific functional area. Recent specializations include: -International Development -Human Rights -Migration -Conflict Resolution -Trade and Development -Terrorism Studies -Nonproliferation Studies The academic program is combined with a dynamic career development program, internship opportunities and professional service experiences that will prepare students for international careers in policy research, project coordination and management in: -International Development -Environmental Protection -Intergovernmental Organizations -National Governments -U.S. Government -International NGOs
