This program is especially designed for human resources and personnel professionals in business, industry and other private and public sector organizations who wish to advance their skills in the area of training. This degree is focused on training and training-related activities, not on human resource management in general. Candidates for the M.S. degree in Adult Learning, Performance and Development complete 36 hours of coursework. All coursework and much of the elective coursework can be completed with evening and/or weekend classes. A 15-hour concentration is also available as post Masters work for individuals who wish to advance their knowledge and skill level in Adult Learning, Performance, and Development.
