The degree is conferred by Indiana State University. Graduates will have developed skills in research procedures, will have acquired expertise in current industrial and instructional management/processes, and will be able to provide service to the industrial and educational community. Member universities in the consortium have programs staffed by faculty with expertise in many areas of technology.
