M.A.- History
On Campus
 
Three specializations are offered with the M.A., History Program. The Master of Arts, History degree program is appropriate for persons interested in pursuing the study of history for college teaching or for other purposes. Students may specialize in American or modern European history. The MA History: Secondary School Teachers concentration is designed for persons with junior or senior high school teaching credentials and is considered a terminal degree. The MA History: International Relations concentration is of particular interest to those in professional military careers, those wishing to supplement their professional training in certain civil service careers, and those desiring an interdisciplinary background for teaching.
