The Graduate Program in Physical Therapy at California State University, Fresno, is a three- academic year course of study with summers free. Completion of graduate-level course of study leads to the granting of the Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree. The MPT course of study builds on the thorough knowledge base needed by professional therapists in making clinical decisions. Clinical experience is included throughout the program. The curriculum focuses on critical thinking strategies that promote effective analysis and interpretation of data in the formulation of treatment alternatives that can achieve predictable function outcomes in patient management.
