Persons receiving this degree will be eligible to take the Texas Examination of Education Standards (TExES) to get the Professional Certificate for Educational Diagnostician.   The student must complete a minimum of 39 semester credit hours (sch) of graduate work, including all academic requirements for the Professional Certificate for Educational Diagnosticians.
